What am I entitled to?

Statutory Payments:

Maternity/Adoption pay is paid for 39 weeks.  The first 6 weeks of statutory maternity (SMP) is 90% of the employees average earnings.

The remaining weeks are paid at £140.98 or 90% of the employees average earnings, whichever is less.

Sick Pay - £89.35 per week

National Minimum Wage - £7.05 per hour for workers aged 21 and over/£5.60 per hour for workers aged 18-20/£4.05 per hour for workers aged 16-17.

Apprenticeships - £3.50 per hour

Redundancy Pay rate - 0.5 weeks pay for each full year of service worked for employees aged under 22 / 1 weeks pay for each full year of service for employees between the ages of 22 & 40 / 1.5 weeks pay for each full year of service for employees aged 41 and over.

NB:  A weeks pay is calculated at £489 or the weekly amount if less.
